of job postings that are about to expire. Because
these messages are critical to site use, users will
not be able to opt-out of receiving such messages.

At JobSpectrum.org you have the option of putting
your resume in our database. You may use our resume
builder, paste a text copy of your resume in our
Document Manager, or upload an original copy of
your formatted resume as well.
If you elect to participate in our searchable resume
database your text resume will be used. If you opt
to keep your information confidential, it is your
responsibility to remove all personal information
from your text resume. If this confidential resume
is also your primary job application resume, then
contact information from your profile will automatically
be added to the resume, during the application process.
Original formatted resumes and other documents can
be included in your profile database, refer to the
Document Manager feature at bottom of job application
form.
You also have the option of storing your resume
in our database, but not allowing it to be searchable
by potential employers. Not allowing your resume
to be searchable means that you can use it to apply
for a job online, but employers and recruiters will
not have access to search it through our resume
database.
Only approved employers, recruiters, hiring managers,
headhunters, and human resource professionals are
authorized to search the database. JobSpectrum.org
cannot promise that other unauthorized parties will
not gain access to it. A visitor may remove his
or her resume from the database at any time. However,
employers and recruiters who have paid for access
to the database, and other parties who have otherwise
gained access to the database, may have retained
a copy of the resume in their own files or databases.
JobSpectrum.org is not responsible for the retention,
use, or privacy of resumes by any of such parties
while resumes are in the database.
Updating Account Information
As a registered job seeker, you may login to your
JobSpectrum Personal Profile and access your account
at any time to edit existing information, upload
additional resumes or review the jobs you have applied
for.
