Users will only post resume and job information associated with lawful activity associated with users seeking employment and employers seeking employees. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information and password. User is responsible for all use associated with User's registration and the compliance with all Terms & Conditions.

Termination of Account

ACS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of User's postings from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to User by ACS, upon any breach by User of these Terms and Conditions or if ACS is unable to verify or authenticate any information User submits to the Web Site registration.

Waiver of Liability

JobSpectrum.org is a forum for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and ACS does not screen or censor the listings made available on the web site. ACS takes no part in the actual transaction between employers and candidates
and therefore has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. Should a dispute arise between User and another user, User hereby agree to release ACS from all claims, demand, and damages associated with such a dispute.
