works of the material contained on JobSpectrum.org
without prior written permission from ACS.
User agrees not to post any false or inaccurate
biographical information, delete or change any
information posted by another person, and share
User's password with any third party.
User agrees not to do anything that interferes
with the proper working ability of the Web Site,
this includes activity that can overload the Web
Site's infrastructure, use of software or other
device other that which is available from the
Society, tampering with the software that makes
up the Web Site, and destroying or changing information

Users will only post resume and job information
associated with lawful activity associated with
users seeking employment and employers seeking
employees. By posting information on the Web Site

material and User grants any other user the right
to access, display, view, store and reproduce
this material solely for their personal use.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of their information and password. User is responsible
for all use associated with User's registration
and the compliance with all Terms & Conditions.

Termination of Account
ACS reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to pursue all of its legal remedies, including
but not limited to deletion of User's postings
from this Web Site and immediate termination of

User by ACS, upon any breach by User of these
Terms and Conditions or if ACS is unable to verify
or authenticate any information User submits to
the Web Site registration.
Waiver of Liability
JobSpectrum.org is a forum for employers to post
job opportunities and candidates to post resumes
and ACS does not screen or censor the listings
made available on the web site. ACS takes no part
in the actual transaction between employers and
candidates
and therefore has no control over the quality,
safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted,
the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability
of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates
or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
Therefore, ACS is NOT LIABLE for any content posted
on the web site. User assumes all risks associated
with dealing with other users with whom User comes
in contact through the web site. Should a dispute
arise between User and another user, User hereby
agree to release ACS from all claims, demand,
and damages associated with such a dispute.

Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal
substantive laws of the District of Columbia. Jurisdiction
for any claims arising under this agreement shall
lie exclusively with the state or federal courts
within the District of Columbia. If any provision
of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid
by any court having competent jurisdiction, the
invalidity of such provision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms
and Conditions, which shall remain in full force
and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms
and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing
